The Power of Experiments. As I delved into Gestalt Therapy, Systemic Coaching, CBT, and ACT, I discovered something fascinating: Experiments can trigger profound change, quickly and directly. In systemic thinking, the idea is simple but revolutionary: When new awareness enters the system, the system changes automatically. You don’t need to understand every detail of your past. You just need to introduce new awareness into your current experience.

 

The moment I realized this, I asked myself: What if I gathered all the most powerful interventions and experiments from different therapeutic approaches and jammed them all into one process? What if we cut out the endless talking and went straight to the practical work of breaking patterns?
