I’ve been immersed in therapy and self-development for over 20 years, driven by a deep desire to achieve inner emotional freedom. Early on, I realized that our thoughts shape our reality—and that by bringing awareness to our beliefs and patterns, we can unlock profound inner happiness. This realization set me on a lifelong journey of study, practice, and mastery, leading me to explore multiple therapeutic disciplines to add the greatest possible value to the healing process. My background is both clinical and innovative. I’ve taught CBT at the university level, worked in the NHS as a Schema-driven CBT therapist, delivered emotional intelligence training for major corporations, and even designed CBT-based AI chatbots for tech companies. These diverse experiences allow me to integrate multiple approaches, ensuring that therapy is effective, engaging, and transformational.
A key part of my process involves understanding your life script (transactional analysis) the unconscious blueprint shaped in childhood that influences your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. These scripts function as schemas—deep-rooted mental frameworks that filter your experiences (Schema Therapy). Often, our core patterns operate like feedback loops, repeating themselves while our cognitive biases keep them locked in place. Through CBT and REBT, we can isolate limiting beliefs, identify the mechanisms keeping you stuck, and apply targeted techniques to help you break free. At the heart of this work is your innate life force—the part of you that wants to grow, evolve, and thrive. When we clear away emotional roadblocks, this energy naturally emerges, guiding you toward greater clarity, resilience, and fulfilment.

I take a creative, flexible approach to therapy, adapting to each person’s unique needs. I can offer traditional clinical therapy, or, if you prefer, I can integrate transformational coaching and evolutionary astrology—both of which provide deeper insights and a more expansive therapeutic experience. Whatever path we take, my goal is always the same: to help you heal, grow, and step fully into the life you were meant to live.
