CBT is a science backed approach to helping cultivate inner emotional freedom & peace. Learning to question unhealthy and negative beliefs is at the heart of breaking free from negative patterns that can keep us trapped in unhealthy attitudes and emotions.
Influenced by ancient philosophy, CBT can be used to work on present or historic issues. As humans we hold on to beliefs we create from childhood. Learning to let go is at the heart of peace and happiness.
Our thoughts not only shape and direct our journey, they also effect how we respond emotionally. Working together I will help you investigate the limiting thought patterns that have shaped your life.

Extreme pain & suffering can manifest in a many different flavours. I have walked through the fire, and have first-hand experience of knowing what it takes to face adversity, heal and transform. Whether you are facing chronic illness, watching your life fall apart, or dealing with a major life event, I can help you find courage, peace & wisdom along the way.
Emotional Break Thru
In life we can get stuck. Our thinking can block us emotionally and behaviourally, uncomfortable emotions can make it difficult for us to move forward and make progress in our commitments and dreams. CBT & mindfulness are great approaches for breaking through and freeing ourselves from limiting beliefs and perspectives.
Finding Meaning & Purpose
The search for meaning and purpose is something many humans seek. In my experience, suffering and adversity can be opportunities for learning and growth. This way we can make the most of the challenges we face. Learning our life lessons as we walk the path is the key to personal growth and happiness.

For the last seven years I have faced a series of life changing health challenges. From 2014 I have had chronic visual & auditory vertigo. It was impossible to diagnose, but labels such as BPPD, and migrane dependant visual vertigo, or menieres disease were used. My condition changed my life. I have been severely disabled including unable to watch tv, use computers, unable to get public transport or ride a bicycle. For years I couldn’t walk on the high street, no caffeine, no alcohol. I also experienced other hyper sensitives including auditory vertigo, unable to listen to music, or go to music halls. I had to let go of my career ambitions. My life came to a total stop. I have now transformed symptoms and feel in a unique position to help others who walk the path of adversity.

My journey has taught be many important lessons. I know what it feels like to face adversity, to watch your life fall apart. Although I might not experience the same as others, I know the experience of suffering, and I have found a way through it all. I know that this experience is helpful to others who also find themselves in difficult places.
